Saint Anselm School is using the Option C Learning Management System for all parents. This state-of-the-art system provides an online homeroom for parents to retrieve information such as: attendance, grades and lunch ordering. Online grading is available for students in first through eighth grades.
Parents are given an Option C introduction when they are new to our school. It contains our school code and your personal username and password. Once you've logged in with this information you are taken to your family's homepage.
This password stays with your child during the years at Saint Anselm School. Please keep in a safe location.
If you are experiencing problems with the Option C system try switching your browser to Google chrome.
Parents now have access to communicating with teachers through their Option C accounts. Just go to communications-messaging to communicate with teachers.
If you need your log in information (password) resent to you send $2.00 in an envelope marked PASSWORD request with your child’s name, grade, homeroom and your name.
Saint Anselm Families ordering Hot Lunch is done online. The portal will open on the 1st of the month and will promptly close on the 16th of the month. The lunch orders are for the month following. All Hot Lunch orders must be placed on Option C. Option C is user friendly and the directions are as follows:
ONLINE ORDERING
-Log in to Option C
-Go to Office>Lunch Orders.
-You have the option to place your order for the upcoming month.
-You must click the Plan order button to save your lunch selection.
-If you have more than one child, please place orders for all children.
-All orders must be received by the 16th of the month before 3PM. The lunch portal closes on the 16th. You will not be able to place an order after that date! Please do not call for exceptions. The portal will be closed. Please note that you can print your child's order to keep track of the days that you order.
PAYMENT will still be collected as cash or personal checks. Once you placed your order online, please place payment in an envelope marked HOT LUNCH with the total dollar amount, your child's name, grade, room number and send to school. Remember to send it separately for each child's homroom. Your order will not be finalized until payment is received. All payments must be in on or before the 17th or your child will not receive lunch. Please make checks payable to St. Anselm Home and School Asociation. Thank you. Please understand that Hot Lunch is not mandatory and it is a fundraiser. Please do not feel obligated to participate.
