-Log in to Option C
-Go to Office > Lunch Orders.
-You have the option to place your order for the upcoming month.
-You must click the Place Order button to save your lunch selection.
-If you have more than one child, please place orders separately for all children.
-All orders must be received by the 16th of the month before 3PM. The lunch portal closes on the 16th. You will not be able to place an order after that date! Please do not call for exceptions. The portal will be closed. Please note that you can print your child's order to keep track of the days that you order.
-Please enclose exact dollar amount (cash or personal checks are accepted), however, no change will be returned. Also, please note that any returned checks will be charged a $25 bank fee. All checks should be made payable to Saint Anselm Home & School Association. If paying in cash, you will receive a receipt sent home with youngest or only child. If you do not receive a receipt within 2 weeks, please contact Mariellen Tracey at gtracey68@yahoo.com. If you are paying with a check, your cancelled check will be your receipt.
-Place all orders for each student in an envelope, with the total dollar amount and send it to that child's homeroom.
-*** If you are a parent with more than one child participating in the hot lunch program, please send the orders for each student in a separate envelope with separate payments to each child's homeroom. The orders are processed by grade so therefore you will need to write separate checks or include separate payment per child.
-On the outside of each student's envelope, please write Hot Lunch, your child's name and room number, and the total amount enclosed.
-Late orders will NOT be accepted. You are ordering through a portal. Once the portal closes we cannot place more orders for that month.
-The portal opens on the 1st of every month and remains open until the 16th of every month. Orders are accepted at any time after the 1st of the month. -Payment is due on the 17th of the month. If the 17th falls on a weekend, please send payment to school the next school day.
-If a student is absent, no lunch orders may be picked up. No refunds.
-If inclement weather causes our school to be closed, we will notify you when that hot lunch will be available in the future.
-HOT LUNCH is a fundraising program and it is not mandatory. Please do not feel obligated to participate.
-Please print out the calendar and keep track of the lunches you order for your child, so your child has a lunch on the days you are not participating.
