This October, St. Anselm School’s Student Council Officers fostered Breast Cancer Awareness within our student body through flyers, morning announcements and accepting donations. Students received pink ribbons for their participation. St. Anselm School raised $300 for Fox Chase Cancer Center! Thank you to all for supporting Breast Cancer Awareness and Fox Chase Cancer Center!

Congratulations to the recipients of the Michael P. McCloskey ’89 Memorial Scholarship, Christian Shoemaker ’19 and Kevin Montoya ’18. Michael McCloskey ’89, a player on the hockey team at Archbishop Ryan, had his life cut short by a drunk driver only a few months after graduation in February of 1990. We thank the McCloskey family for their generosity and for carrying on Michael’s spirit, especially Michael’s sister Dr. Mary Busowski ’80 who spoke at our cAReer Day last year and has spearheaded the memorial scholarship in her brother’s name.
